The perfect morning or afternoon snack!

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups Oats 

  • ½ cup almond milk 

  • 20g almonds 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tsp bicarb soda 

  • 2 ripened bananas 

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  2. Bake for 40 minutes at 150 degrees celsius.Stick a knife in until it comes out clean to check if it is cooked properly.
