Healthy Banana Bread
The perfect morning or afternoon snack!
Ingredients:
2 cups Oats
½ cup almond milk
20g almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarb soda
2 ripened bananas
Method
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Bake for 40 minutes at 150 degrees celsius.Stick a knife in until it comes out clean to check if it is cooked properly.
