High Protein Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup greek yoghurt

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter (Try Pic’s peanut butter)

1 tsp honey

Vegetable sticks

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together to create a smooth and even consistency.

  2. Serve with vegetable sticks e.g. carrot, cucumber, celery, snowpeas
