Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1-2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped (optional, for heat)
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño (if using).
Add the fresh coriander and lime juice.
Stir everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
