Weetbix Cheesecake
Try this for your next breakfast on the go!
Ingredients
2 Weetbix
1/2 cup Milk (or milk alternative)
1 small tub high protein yoghurt (Chobani, Yopro - Approx. 175g tub)
Handful of berries
Method
Grab a small container or bowl and crush 2 weetbix into it to form the base of the cheescake.
Add 1/2 cup of milk to the crushed weetbix.
Add yoghurt to the top of the crushed weetbix and spread to form the top layer of the cheescake.
Add berries of choice to the top of the cheescake and let it set. Eat straight after preparing or leave in the fridge to eat the next day.
