Berries and Cream Smoothie
For a delicious and thick smoothie use frozen fruit - it works like a charm
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
2/3 cup frozen berries
160g strawberry protein yoghurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1/3 cup milk of choice (add more milk if needed, try keep it minimal so the smoothie stays nice and thick)
1-2 tbsp vanilla or flavourless protein powder
Blend it all together until it until everything is smooth. If it’s not blending well, gradually add more milk to get it to your desired thickness.
