Protein Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1-2 scoops of protein powder of choice (chocolate protein powder is a great flavour to use)

2 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g. pumpkin and sunflower seeds)

1 tbsp cacao

2 tbsp nut butter (e.g. almond, peanut, cashew etc.)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

2-3 tsp stevia powder or 6 vanilla stevia drops

1/4-1/2 cup warm water

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Method

  1. In a blender/food processor add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too wet you can add some more protein powder, almond meal or LSA mix, if it is too dry add a small amount of warm water until you reach the desired texture.

  2. From mixture roll balls of your desired size, or use an ice cream scoop to get similar sizes/roll balls.

  3. Spread coconut onto a plate or board, roll the bliss balls into the desiccated coconut.

  4. Place bliss balls in a container and refrigerate.
